We ship to all serviceable pin codes in India. We generally dispatch all our orders within 48-72 hours of receipt. All purchases are shipped from our warehouse by reputed courier agencies. For orders that are cancelled after dispatch and while in transit, or rejected (in case of COD orders) shipping costs will be charged for both to & fro at actuals . For pre-paid orders, cancellations post dispatch will not be eligible for refund. Freshwoof shall not be responsible for delivery taken by an alternative person. All claims for shortages or damages must be reported to customer service on the day of delivery with an unboxing video via email on hello@freshwoof.com. An unboxing video is mandatory to claim shortage or damage in transit.

Freshwoof’s Return & Replacement Policy

At Freshwoof, we maintain strict hygiene and quality standards for all our consumable pet supplements; therefore, no refunds or returns are accepted once an order has been dispatched. Replacements are only possible in cases where the product is damaged, leaking, or an incorrect item has been delivered, and such issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery along with clear photos or an unboxing video. Products that have been opened, used, or reported after 48 hours are not eligible for replacement. Variations in smell, color, or texture are normal due to natural ingredients and are not considered defects. If a replacement cannot be provided due to stock unavailability, a credit coupon or refund may be offered at Freshwoof’s discretion.
